Meal Plan

At our home daycare, we prioritize providing nutritious and balanced meals to support growing bodies and minds. Our daily meal plan includes a variety of whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, and fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring that every child receives the essential nutrients they need. We carefully plan each meal and snack to promote healthy eating habits while offering delicious, kid-friendly options. By focusing on wholesome ingredients, we create a positive mealtime experience that fuels energy, concentration, and overall well-being throughout the day.

Monday

  • Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, banana slices, and milk

  • AM Snack: Yogurt with granola and blueberries

  • Lunch: Grilled chicken, rice, steamed broccoli, and apple slices

  • PM Snack: Whole wheat crackers with hummus

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with diced apples and cinnamon, served with milk

  • AM Snack: Cheese cubes and whole grain crackers

  • Lunch: Turkey and cheese wrap on a whole wheat tortilla, cucumber slices, and orange wedges

  • PM Snack: Sliced bell peppers with ranch dip

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: Whole wheat pancakes with syrup and milk

  • AM Snack: Hard-boiled egg with whole wheat toast strips

  • Lunch: Baked salmon, steamed carrots, and mixed berries

  • PM Snack: Applesauce with sunflower seed butter

Thursday

  • Breakfast: Greek yogurt with diced peaches, whole grain cereal, and milk

  • AM Snack: Mini whole wheat bagel with cream cheese

  • Lunch: Soup with whole wheat bread, steamed green beans, and grapes

  • PM Snack: Cottage cheese with pineapple chunks

Friday

  • Breakfast: Tofu with whole wheat toast, pear slices, and milk

  • AM Snack: Banana slices with almond butter (or sunflower seed butter for allergies)

  • Lunch: Ground turkey meatballs, potatoes, and peas

  • PM Snack: Whole grain rice cakes with avocado spread
